Who we are
Tradition, charity and friendship in Worthing since 1949
Freemasonry in England is a brotherhood dedicated to personal development, community service and lifelong friendship. Ordinges Lodge was consecrated in Worthing in 1949 and has met at The Charmandean Centre since the 1960s.
Our name comes from Ordinges, the area's name in the Domesday Book of 1086. Our cornucopia (horn of plenty) crest recalls the orchards that once covered the area.
Through charitable fundraising, social gatherings and supporting local businesses, our members are committed to both personal and community wellbeing.
